Step 1 – Making an enquiry about hiring a motor home

Just tell gusto! Motorhomes which motor home rental vehicle you would like a quote for, or want to book, and how long the rental is required for and gusto! Motorhomes will check availability, confirm prices and, should you wish, take your booking.


Once your booking is confirmed gusto! Motorhomes will require an immediate £100 per week non-refundable deposit.  Full payment, including a £500 damage deposit, is needed two weeks prior to delivery of your rental motorhome.


Deposits and full payments can be made in cash or via PayPal – details of which gusto! Motorhomes will provide for you once your booking is confirmed.  PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards.


Collection and drop-off times for your holiday motorhome will be agreed on booking.  Confirmation will be provided via email.
Named drivers must be aged over 25 and have a valid driving licence.

 

 

Step 2 – Collecting your holiday motor home

When you arrive to collect your motor home hire, please bring with you your full driving licence and a second form of ID confirming the address on your licence, e.g. a bank statement or utility bill from last 28 days.  If you do not live at the address on your licence, please bring two forms of photo ID.


gusto! Motorhomes will then issue you with a rental agreement which you will be asked to check and sign.


Both gusto! Motorhomes and the hirer will then check the rental motorhome for any existing damage and ask you to sign a document confirming that there is no damage.


All holiday RVs are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full with diesel.  If the motor home is returned without a full tank of diesel then money will be taken from the deposit to cover this cost.

 

 

Step 3 – Returning your hired motor home

At the end of your holiday please make sure your hired motorhome is returned to gusto! Motorhomes at the agreed time and date.  Charges will be applied if the motorhome is returned late.


Upon return, gusto! Motorhomes will check to make sure the motorhome has a full tank of fuel and that no new damage is apparent.


Your deposit will be refunded in full if all is OK.  If charges are applicable, these will be deducted from the deposit.
